<image:title>Couples Therapy - Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT)</image:title>
<image:caption>I specialize in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT), a highly effective, research-backed approach to relationship therapy that is grounded in attachment science. EFT focuses on helping couples: Identify the emotional patterns driving conflict or distance Strengthen emotional safety and trust Create a secure, lasting bond This is different than traditional couples therapy where you might work on surface-level communication skills or tasks. EFT gets to the root, the insecurity in the relationship, and restructures it. Once there is a secure bond, positive communication and interactions will naturally follow. Couples who have completed EFT treatment often report feeling more emotionally accessible, more responsive and engaged, and more secure and connected with one another. This depth of change supports short-term relief AND long-term health.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Home - Meet Tsoline Kouyoumjian (She/Her/Hers)</image:title>
<image:caption>I know how scary it can be to start therapy with a complete stranger. My hope is that from the moment we first connect, my warm, down to earth personality puts you at ease. While I do draw from different modalities, my natural style is mostly what is called “humanistic”. This modality of therapy assumes you are a whole person with a natural drive to learn and grow. I find that this approach resonates with my values of authenticity, self-growth, empathy, self-understanding, and positive regard for self and others. I believe we are all doing our best at any given moment and as we learn more and gain the tools we need, we make better choices for ourselves. So, I hope you hear this above everything else: I hold no judgement of you, and I trust you are always doing the best you can. As we gain new insight and tools, change becomes possible.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Individual Therapy - How Individual Therapy Works</image:title>
<image:caption>We typically meet once a week, either in person in Pasadena or online. My role is to listen deeply, remain curious, provide emotional support, and occasionally offer perspective or tools that may help you move forward with greater clarity and confidence. You don’t need to be “fixed.” Therapy is about understanding yourself more fully and learning how to relate to yourself and others in ways that feel healthier and more authentic.</image:caption>
