I view therapy as a space to explore, process, and gain a deeper understanding of oneself. It is a place where a lot of healing can happen. I am here to provide you with the emotional support you might need to make the changes you desire, after all, even "good change" can be scary. Whether you are struggling with relationship problems, relationship loss, anxiety, depression, or eating disorders, healing can feel like hard work.
Sometimes, recovering what we've lost along the way might seem daunting or impossible. You can feel hopeless, overwhelmed, and alone in this process. Where to begin? What to do? If this is your experience, I can help. I will walk along side you, we will work together to understand your inner and outer experiences, and where you feel stuck. Together, we will carve a new path and you will get to have a new experience.
It's so brave of you to take this step and start the process of change. I know this is hard, hard work. But I also know that "keeping it together" and "going through the motions" of life is so, so painful.
